*Insurance – for your peace of mind we offer insurance for malicious theft or accidental damage to bikes at £10 per bike per session. There is an excess for all claims for each bike of £250. See T&C’s for exclusions.
When hiring a bike or bikes the principal hirer will be responsible for all bikes hired and that charges will be incurred for late return and/or damage. Additionally we ask for government issued ID (Driving licence or Passport) and a recent utility bill as proof of address before we can release the bikes.
We can only offer a full refund minus a 10% admin fee, if cancelled within 1 month of a booked rental slot.
