Because we genuinely love and enjoy what we do, hopefully our enthusiasm rubs off on our clients. We want you to enjoy everything that e-cycling has to offer and we go out of our way to make your experience as fun and inspiring as possible.
We treat our staff and customers with equally high levels of respect and run our business in an ethical and sustainable manner. We will be upfront and honest about our pricing and will always keep you in the loop regarding your responsibilities whilst the bike is in your care. We ensure all our bikes are in excellent working condition and roadworthy and everyone is trained before they take a bike out and this is not just for your safety, but will increase your enjoyment on your trip.
We embrace diversity and inclusion and whilst not everyone will be able to ride an e-bike we are on hand to make it happen if we can. We welcome feedback, good or bad, and will always listen to what our customers have to say and will respond to any questions or suggestions.
Ultimately, we would like to promote a more sustainable future and take more vehicles off our roads for the good of the planet and everyone and everything that lives on it.
